About the job Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, build, and own core components of the agentic AI platform end-to-end 2. Develop systems for LLM orchestration, agent tooling, and user-facing interfaces 3. Translate complex financial workflows into reliable, automated AI-driven solutions 4. Build systems enabling AI agents to process financial data safely, accurately, and auditably 5. Rapidly ship features to production, gather user feedback, and iterate continuously 6. Make foundational decisions on architecture, tooling, and infrastructure 7. Contribute across the full tech stack (frontend, backend, data, ML/LLM, infrastructure) 8. Establish and maintain engineering best practices, standards, and culture 9. Collaborate closely with founders, customers, and future engineering hires 10. Take ownership of problems end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment Skill(s) required AWS CloudFormation PostgreSQL Python React TypeScript Earn certifications in these skills Learn AWS CloudFormation Learn PostgreSQL Learn Python Learn ReactJS Other requirements 1. Strong software engineering experience or significant hands-on projects in agentic AI 2. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and TypeScript 3. Experience or strong interest in LLMs and agent-based systems 4. Ability to work across the full stack effectively 5. Bias toward action with a focus on shipping and iterating quickly 6. Comfortable working in ambiguous, early-stage startup environments 7. Strong product mindset with focus on user outcomes 8. Excellent communication and collaborative approach 9. Ability to work hybrid from Mumbai or remotely across compatible time zones 10. Experience in fintech or regulated industries (preferred) 11. Familiarity with financial data, APIs, and integrations (preferred) 12. Knowledge of LLM orchestration, RAG, and agent system reliability (preferred) 13. Prior startup or founding team experience (preferred) 14.
