Description:Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Power PlatformPower BI, Power Apps, Sharepoint and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable business intelligence solutions and automation workflows that drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making across the organization. International is our commercial unit at Novartis and our task is to ensure that our medicines reach every person who can benefit from them across all respective markets. The BSI Team exists to drive commercial impact at scale across International Regions and Countries (IRC).Key ResponsibilitiesPower BI:- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.- Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and data transformations.- Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud services.- Optimize performance and usability of reports for end-users.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
