Job Description Summary This role sits at the intersection of enterprise strategy, digital product leadership, and large-scale program delivery. The role requires leading a multi-year transformation program spanning multiple functions, platforms, and external partners, ensuring alignment between business priorities and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the strategic direction of AskNovartis from MVP through enterprise-scale deployment. Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization across domains, ensuring focus on high-value employee journeys.

Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term digital strategy. Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-year program across multiple domains and delivery teams.

Establish and run robust governance structures, including decision forums, escalation paths, and performance management.

Ensure transparency on risks, dependencies, financials, and progress to senior leadership. Act as the primary interface to senior stakeholders across DD&IT, P&O, and Corporate Functions.

Drive alignment, decision-making, and prioritization across competing needs and agendas. Build trust and credibility as a senior partner to business and technology leadership.

Drive transformation of services through automation, simplification, and improved user experience.

Ensure measurable business value delivery, including efficiency gains, experience improvements, and reduced operational complexity.

Embed value tracking and benefit realization into program execution.

Coordinate execution across internal teams and external partners. Manage complex interdependencies across platforms (e.g., service management, HR systems, AI platforms).

Ensure scalable operating model and consistent execution as the platform expands across domains.

  • Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 92,600.00 - 132,300.00 - 172,000.00 EUR

  • The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

  • In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
