As a Sr Specialist Data Analyst in the DDIT US&I - Data, Analytics, and Insights team at Novartis in Hyderabad, India, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the modernization of the data ecosystem and delivering data-driven insights to enhance customer experience and help patients prevail over severe diseases. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with business representatives to develop business requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations for improved efficiency - Creating consistency and traceability between D&A Products requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation - Supporting validation and testing while ensuring alignment with Security and Compliance policies - Contributing to internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards, and regulatory environments - Taking responsibility for detailed design, development, and delivery of Data & Analytics solutions for projects in alignment with the defined solution architecture - Ensuring designs adhere to architectural roadmap, support development, execution, and operations of software/services, and are traceable to functional and non-functional requirements - Considering the overall user experience in designing new solutions and services while ensuring consistency with Security and Compliance policies To excel in this role, you should have achieved targets in enterprise case contribution, critical metrics, customer satisfaction, and innovation measures. Additionally, you should have experience in leading business capability areas, deploying digital platforms at scale, and collaborating with the business in gathering requirements and driving delivery. Desirable qualifications include a university degree in Computer Science or Information Management, along with hands-on experience in Relationship Management, leveraging digital technology, and multi-national global interactions.
