CRM Siebel / Microsoft Dynamics, Billing BSCS / CBS, etc. Other Skills: Self Motivated, Continuously learn and improve skills Good Team player. Work independently when required. Good communication skill Strong understanding of basic concepts and knowledge about advanced concepts .
