ServiceNow ITAM Developer

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITAM Developer with hands-on experience in developing and customizing IT Asset Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) , Software Asset Management (SAM) , ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and platform customization. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize ServiceNow ITAM solutions (HAM/SAM). Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer. Build and maintain Service Catalog items and workflows. Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. Support CMDB, Discovery, asset lifecycle management, and platform enhancements. Troubleshoot issues and participate in ServiceNow upgrades and releases. Required Skills 5 to 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM) . Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Experience with CMDB, Discovery, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integrations. Good understanding of ITIL processes. Preferred Certifications ServiceNow CSA ServiceNow CAD CIS-HAM and/or CIS-SAM (preferred) ITIL Foundation (preferred)
