We specialize in delivering high-impact digital programs, engineering services, and talent solutions that accelerate innovation, efficiency, and compliance. ### Position Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data-driven insights, business intelligence reporting, and advanced analytics. The role will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards, analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, statistical analysis, and multivariate analytics , with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights that drive operational excellence and strategic growth. ### Roles & Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards to support business operations and strategic initiatives. * Create meaningful KPIs and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals. * Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency through scalable BI solutions. * Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and business risks. * Perform statistical and multivariate analyses to support business planning and decision-making. * Develop forecasting models and predictive insights to support operational and commercial strategies. * Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for process and performance improvement. * Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data used for reporting and analysis. * Develop and maintain data definitions, documentation, and reporting standards. * Support data quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. * Work closely with business leaders and functional teams to gather reporting and analytical requirements. * Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and reporting solutions. * Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner. * Support adoption of self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making across the organization. * Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, analytics, and business processes through automation and technology. * Stay current with industry trends, analytical methodologies, and Power BI advancements. * Support digital transformation initiatives through effective use of analytics and business intelligence tools. ### Education * Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. * Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or Business Intelligence is preferred. ### Experience * 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related analytical roles. * Strong hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development and data modeling. * Demonstrated experience in statistical and multivariate data analysis. * Experience working with SQL databases and enterprise data environments. * Exposure to Power Apps or Power Automate is desirable but not mandatory. * Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate * Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (preferred) * Certifications in Data Analytics, Statistics, or Business Intelligence ### Preferred Industry Experience * Healthcare / Medical Devices * Pharmaceuticals * Manufacturing * Supply Chain & Operations ### About the Company: NovintiX is a fast-growing engineering and digital transformation company serving top Life Sciences, MedTech, and Healthcare clients across the US, Ireland, and Europe.
