Dell XE Server administration and support
Strong understanding of Dell support processes and hardware troubleshooting
Project Overview / Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot NVIDIA GPU thermal-related issues impacting system performance over extended usage periods
Investigate GPU workload degradation scenarios where GPU utilization drops due to thermal balancing mechanisms
Coordinate with Dell Support on known hardware issues and ongoing backlog-related delays
Assist with collecting diagnostic logs from data center environments to reduce dependency on remote support teams
Support hardware replacement activities, including component swaps when required
Work closely with onsite and remote teams to accelerate issue resolution and minimize downtime
Create and maintain operational runbooks and technical documentation for troubleshooting and support procedures
Key Objectives
Provide onsite support presence within the data center environment
Reduce turnaround time for log collection and troubleshooting activities
Assist with hardware diagnostics and replacement coordination
Improve operational efficiency through standardized documentation and runbooks
