Lead Architect-SAP Security

Role Overview: As a SAP Security Architect at Novo Nordisk Global Business Services (GBS), you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the SAP security architecture, standards, and governance across a complex, global, and regulated SAP landscape. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, cybersecurity leadership, compliance teams, and SAP programme teams to ensure the SAP environment is secure, compliant, and ready for the future. This is an individual contributor and leadership role with significant scope, influence, and visibility across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the SAP security architecture, including target-state design, standards, reference architectures, and implementation roadmaps. - Drive security-by-design across SAP programs, including new implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformations. - Lead the design and implementation of SAP authorisation concepts and role-based access control (RBAC) across various business processes. - Establish and govern role design methodology, streamline role lifecycle processes, and govern change management and transport security processes. - Secure SAP Fiori front-end and SAP Gateway, design secure authentication and SSO patterns. - Design and implement SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) security models, integrate with enterprise identity providers, define secure onboarding patterns, and establish API security standards. - Own security design for BW on HANA / BW/4HANA and HANA database security. - Lead SAP security controls design and operationalization for internal/external audits, drive Segregation of Duties (SoD) design and remediation, and ensure security documentation readiness for GxP-validated SAP systems.
