About the role
Systems Engineering & Enterprise Platforms
Own systems engineering strategy across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments supporting enterprise and OSS-adjacent platforms.
Drive platform stability, lifecycle management, automation, backup, and disaster recovery.
Ensure architectural consistency and integration integrity across systems.
Act as escalation owner for OAP-related customer or wholesale activation issues.
Network Engineering & Connectivity
Partner with Network Operations and NOC teams to ensure internal networks support production fiber operations.
Implement monitoring, observability, and proactive performance management.
Support new product development through network and platform readiness.
Eliminate manual provisioning through automation and hardened workflows.
IT Operations & End-User Enablement
Lead corporate IT operations including end-user computing, endpoint lifecycle management, identity and access management, SaaS platforms, and IT service management.
Establish ITIL-aligned service delivery practices including SLAs, escalation models, incident response, and change management.
Standardize tools, security baselines, and configurations to improve reliability and employee experience.
Serve as executive escalation point for critical IT outages and security incidents.
Operational Stability & Platform Consolidation
Own stability across IT, systems, networks, OAP, and wholesale integrations.
Drive vendor rationalization, system consolidation, and technical debt reduction.
Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, and reliability improvements.
Leadership & Team Development
Build and lead teams across IT Support, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, and Platform Integration.
Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders.
Operate as a player-coach during critical initiatives or incidents.
