About the role
Company Description: NowFloats is dedicated to improving local online discovery for small and medium businesses by structuring their information so it can be easily found by nearby consumers. The company uses a patent-pending location-based SEO process to help businesses appear prominently in local search results. One product focuses on organic discovery with automated search engine optimization, while another combines organic reach with paid marketing tools such as Google Ads and Facebook ads for faster impact. To deepen customer engagement, NowFloats offers a Relationship Intelligence Agent (RIA) that helps businesses stay connected with their customers with minimal manual effort. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS, Android, and React Native. Develop new features and enhance existing applications. Build scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications. Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs. Optimize application performance, stability, and user experience. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues. Publish and maintain applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions. Required Skills: 25 years of experience in mobile application development. Strong hands-on experience in native iOS development using Swift. Good hands-on experience in Android development using Kotlin/Java. Experience developing or maintaining applications using React Native. Strong understanding of mobile application architecture (MVC/MVVM). Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON. Knowledge of Git and version control systems. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with application deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Preferred Skills: SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose. Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, Push Notifications). Core Data, Room Database, SQLite. CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. Primary Skills: Swift (iOS) Kotlin/Java (Android) React Native REST APIs Git Firebase MVVM/MVC Mobile App Development .
