ServiceNow CMDB Administrator

NowVia is looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Administrator to join our growing ServiceNow practice and help build, maintain, and optimize enterprise CMDB environments. If you have handson expertise in ServiceNow CMDB Administration, Configuration Management, CSDM, Discovery, and CMDB Governance, we'd love to connect with you! Experience: 58 Years ServiceNow CMDB Administration and Configuration Management. Strong understanding of CMDB Architecture, CSDM, CI Classes, CI Relationships, and Data Model. Experience with CMDB Health, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), Data Manager, and CMDB Governance. Handson experience with ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server administration. Knowledge of ITIL Configuration Management processes and best practices. ServiceNow platform administration, including Business Rules, UI Policies, Notifications, Roles & Access Management. Administer, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow CMDB platform. Ensure CMDB data accuracy, completeness, integrity, and governance through regular health checks and audits. Configure and manage IRE, CMDB Health, Data Manager, CI Relationships, and CI Lifecycle. Support and maintain Discovery data and ensure accurate CI population. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Application teams to improve CMDB data quality. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for CMDB compliance and operational insights. Perform platform administration, upgrades, user management, and documentation. Troubleshoot CMDBrelated issues and drive continuous improvements. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
