Role Description The Product Manager (Edtech Experience) will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that improve the learning and placement experience for nursing students and professionals. This on-site, full-time role based in Bhubaneswar involves collaborating closely with design, engineering, content, and business teams to translate user needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps. Day-to-day activities include conducting user research, analyzing product usage data, refining product vision, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration. The role also requires coordinating feature releases, monitoring performance, gathering stakeholder feedback, and ensuring seamless integration of AI-driven personalization into the platform. The Product Manager will champion learner outcomes and ensure the product supports NPreps mission of enabling career growth in healthcare. Roles and Responsibilties Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to defining strategy, execution, launch, and continuous improvement. Leverage EdTech domain expertise to build impactful learning experiences that improve student engagement, retention, and learning outcomes. Conduct regular user research by interacting with students, educators, and internal stakeholders to uncover insights and validate product decisions. Drive personalization initiatives, including adaptive learning paths, study plans, content recommendations, and intelligent practice experiences. Define product requirements, write detailed PRDs, and work closely with Design and Engineering to deliver high-quality features on time. Analyze product performance using qualitative and quantitative data, identify improvement opportunities, and prioritize the product roadmap accordingly. Lead usability testing, gather customer feedback, and iterate quickly to enhance the overall user experience. Define and track key product metrics, evaluate feature success, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Technology teams to align product initiatives with business goals. Mentor Associate Product Managers or junior team members, fostering strong product thinking and execution within the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience. Prior Product Management experience in an EdTech company is mandatory.
