Data Scientist II

As a Data Scientist II at NPS Prism, you will be part of a dynamic team working on cutting-edge AI solutions and contributing to the growth of the business. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Develop and deploy AI solutions across ML and other generative AI use cases. - Design, build, validate, and optimize predictive models using regression, ensemble methods, and deep learning architectures. - Create and implement LLM-based and Generative AI solutions, such as retrieval-augmented generation and prompt engineering. - Build multi-agent systems and integrated AI solutions for analytics automation and conversational interfaces. - Apply statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design to drive business decisions. - Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights. - Communicate analytical findings and technical concepts clearly to stakeholders. - Contribute to code reviews, best practices, and continuous improvement of AI infrastructures. Qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role include: Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Experience: - 3+ years of professional experience in data science or applied machine learning roles. - Proven track record of delivering regression and/or classification models in production environments. - Hands-on experience with LLM-based or Generative AI applications. - Familiarity with agentic frameworks like CrewAI, LangChain Agents, or LangGraph. Skills: - Proficiency in Python. - Strong foundation in statistics, regression, classification, and classical ML techniques. - Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and multi-agent systems. - Knowledge of vector databases and embedding pipelines. - Experience deploying ML/LLM solutions in production using MLOps practices on cloud platforms.
