Kinaxis Supplier Collaboration Support Consultant

Title: Kinaxis Supplier Collaboration Support Consultant Location: Pune Exp: 3 to 7 years Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for Kinaxis Supplier Collaboration processes and applications. Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA timelines. Troubleshoot Supplier Collaboration workflows, alerts, data, and system configurations. Analyze API integrations and trace data flow between Kinaxis and connected systems to identify source data, validate payloads, and resolve integration issues. Perform root cause analysis for application and integration-related issues and recommend corrective actions. Support supplier onboarding, user access management, and user queries. Coordinate with business and technical teams to implement fixes and enhancements. Participate in testing, release activities, and system upgrades. Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles. Required Skills & Experience 3 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Kinaxis support roles. Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro. Understanding of Supplier Collaboration and supply chain planning processes. Ability to analyze API integrations, identify data sources, and troubleshoot data flow issues across systems. Experience working with REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, and ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Kinaxis Certification preferred. Experience in production support or AMS engagements.
