About the role
Responsibilities: Lead and guide the ABAP development team in designing, developing, and deploying solutions within the SAP BTP environment. Architect and implement ABAP solutions that seamlessly integrate with SAP BTP services and components. Design and develop custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements to meet business requirements. Leverage cloud-native development principles for ABAP within the SAP BTP environment. Optimize ABAP code for performance, ensuring efficient execution within the SAP BTP landscape. Implement security best practices for ABAP development within the SAP BTP environment. Collaborate with SAP consultants, architects, and technical teams to align ABAP development activities with overall project goals. Stay updated on the latest SAP BTP features, capabilities, and development trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science. Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development within a cloud environment. Extensive experience in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on SAP BTP. Strong knowledge of SAP BTP services and cloud-native development principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
