About the role
Hiring TOSCA Lead
Require an automation tester with a minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience. • The ideal candidate should have automation skills like Tosca, TCD. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate efficiently with clients, products, offshore & onshore teams and bridge the communication gaps. • Willingness to share relevant technical, process and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources • Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas • Experience of working in an Agile environment is a plus • Prior presentation and Client interaction skills is a must. • Test automation framework continuous improvement • SAP test acceleration tools • API and integration testing • System capacity planning • Performance bottleneck analysis
As a Consultant Level 1 (C1), you are becoming an expert in your field, working in complex environments and influencing, advising and leading teams, solutions and stakeholders. As a C1, you advise on the most effective ways to establish solutions in traditional and agile engagements. You independently plan and lead the delivery of solutions for medium to large complexity engagements. You can influence areas outside of your area and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
