ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Experience: 8+ Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) , HR Case Management , Employee Service Center (ESC) , Knowledge Management , and Lifecycle Events . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD development, platform customization, workflow automation, REST API integrations, Workday integration, SAP SuccessFactors integration, HR security, and employee self-service portal development . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions based on business requirements. Configure and customize HR Case Management , Employee Service Center (ESC) , Knowledge Management , and Lifecycle Events including Onboarding, Offboarding, and Employee Transfers. Develop and customize HR Workflows , Catalog Items , Record Producers , Business Rules , UI Policies , and Client Scripts . Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs , SOAP APIs , and IntegrationHub . Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party HR systems such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors . Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions. Design and optimize Employee Self-Service Portals and HR service experiences. Implement HR security , Access Control Lists (ACLs) , data privacy, and data segregation. Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, bug fixes, and production support. Support Unit Testing , User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , deployment, and defect resolution. Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
