QA QC Engineer (Civil Engineer)

Title: QA QC Engineer Location: Mumbai, Delhi Salary Range: 6 to 7.5 LPA Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Department: Quality Control Third Party Quality Inspection Experience Required: Minimum 5-8 years (Residential Mivan high-rise residential & conventional construction projects) Role Purpose Responsible for quality inspection of civil works in residential Mivan shuttering and conventional projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, IS codes, and specifications. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works. Prepare ITPs, MTPs, checklists, NCRs, and inspection reports. Verify materials and workmanship as per project specifications. Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with contractors to resolve site quality issues. Maintain NCR logs, quality reports, and audit documentation. Skills & Competencies Expertise in Mivan shuttering and conventional construction. Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and IS codes. Proficient in report preparation and NCR management. Excellent communication and team coordination skills. Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 5-8 years of QA/QC experience in residential high rise projects. ISO/QMS knowledge preferred.
