Log, track, and update incidents in ticketing systems as per defined SLAs. Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 engineers with proper analysis and documentation. Assist in basic configuration tasks under supervision (VLAN changes, port configurations, access policies, etc.). Support routine activities such as health checks, backups, and patch verification. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Follow ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management .
