Role OverviewRocket India is looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, build, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support business growth, operational excellence, and exceptional client experiences. You will work across core Salesforce capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and end-to-end implementation, while collaborating with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams. Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce configuration tools.Build scalable and maintainable customizations aligned with Salesforce best practices.Participate in full-cycle Salesforce implementations, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with business analysts, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams.Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components, custom Apex classes, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and automation solutions.Configure and optimize Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, permission sets, and sharing rules.Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven integration patterns, where applicable.Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer code reviews, documentation, and adherence to deployment standards.Contribute to Salesforce release planning, environment management, CI/CD processes, and DevOps practices.Work on real-time business scenarios and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, user experience, and business outcomes.Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.Mandatory QualificationsHands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, Triggers, SOQL, and platform configuration.Strong understanding of Salesforce core concepts, including objects, relationships, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, automation, and data model design.Proven experience working on real-time Salesforce development scenarios and solving business-critical technical challenges.Experience participating in end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.Working knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns using REST and/or SOAP APIs.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools such as change sets, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Git, or CI/CD pipelines.Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, QA teams, and architects.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in BFSI, FinTech, Financial Services Cloud, lending, mortgage, banking, or insurance domains.Salesforce certifications such as:Salesforce Platform Developer ISalesforce Platform Developer IISalesforce AdministratorSalesforce App BuilderSalesforce Integration Architect or related certificationsExperience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.Exposure to middleware or integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Workato, or similar tools.Experience with asynchronous Apex, Platform Events, Queueable Apex, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.Understanding of Salesforce data migration tools and techniques.Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.Knowledge of DevOps, release management, source control, and automated deployment practices.Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions Role OverviewRocket India is looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our growing technology team.
