As a Product Manager at our company aiming to provide digital learning solutions to K12 students, you will play a crucial role in taking ownership of certain sections of the product. Your proactive approach with both short and long term vision will be vital in laying out the roadmap for delivering quality learning experiences. Cross-functional management will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Solve user problems by providing value-driving solutions to enhance their experience. - Gather requirements using various techniques and prioritize them based on their contribution to the business vision. - Develop product roadmaps and plan the delivery of features. - Conduct user interviews for requirement gathering and feedback collection on features. - Create design wireframes to ensure clear communication with designers and stakeholders. - Collaborate with the design team to produce high-fidelity designs and be involved in the UI/UX process. - Ensure timely product deliveries and app releases. - Utilize Agile product development practices to create Product Backlogs, User Stories, and PRDs. - Prioritize user stories and collaborate with engineering and QA teams. - Analyze product and feature performance using metrics and data-driven approaches. - Interact with the Testing Team to facilitate issue resolutions. - Engage with management, stakeholders, marketing, and operations teams for product-related decisions. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills. - Decent technical knowledge of Client and Server Functioning. - Good UI/UX knowledge. - Effective presentation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Passion for challenges and providing suitable solutions. - Experience in Agile methodology for product development, including Epic and User Stories management. - Cross-functional experience in managing interactions with various teams. - Minimum 2 years of prior Product Management experience.
