The ideal candidate should possess a solid technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working across data platforms, ERP/CRM systems, and cloud-based environments. The role requires end-to-end involvement in the product lifecycle, from requirement gathering to UAT and deployment support. Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. - Prepare detailed project documentation including BRD, FRD, SRS, TSP, data flow diagrams, and data mapping documents. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA teams to deliver effective solutions. - Perform data analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making. - Define product workflows, integration strategies, and solution designs. - Participate in requirement elicitation, solutioning, testing strategy planning, UAT, and implementation activities. - Work closely with cloud data platforms, ERP/CRM systems, and big data environments. - Lead discussions with cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery. - Support product enhancements and continuous process improvements.
