Senior Consultant - SAP ARIBA - CIG

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing and Ariba CIG Consultant with 6 to 8 years of SAP Ariba experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Catalog, Guided Buying, SAP Ariba CIG, and integration scenarios with SAP S/4HANA systems. Key Responsibilities • Lead and implement end-to-end SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Guided Buying, Catalog Management implementations, Integration, Custom Mapping, enhancements, and support activities.• Configure and manage supplier transaction automation through the SAP Ariba Business Network. • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between SAP Ariba solutions and SAP S/4HANA system. • Participate in business requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions. • Prepare functional specifications, technical design documents, test scripts, and deployment documentation. • Conduct integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, SAP teams, and external partners. • Ensure project deliverables are completed within scope, timelines, and quality standards. • Manage stakeholder communications. Required Skills & Experience • 6 - 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and integration projects. • Minimum 2 End to End Implementation experience • Hand on experience in Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Catalogs (including Punchout Catalog), SAP Ariba Guided Buying, Non-Catalog Procurement, Spot Buy processes, Tactical Sourcing • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) including Custom Mapping. • Strong knowledge of integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA. • Strong understanding of procurement (P2P) business processes. • Experience in functional and technical solution design. • Strong knowledge of master data management • Procurement analytics and reporting Key Competencies • Strong client-facing and consulting capabilities. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.• Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and lead integration workstreams. • Strong documentation and project management skills. Nice to Have • Knowledge of SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC). • Fair understanding of SAP Ariba Contracts, Integration through SAP Integration Suite (SAP CPI)• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) • Relevant SAP Ariba Certifications (preferred) • Experience with Ariba APIs Educational Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is an added advantage.
