Networking Systems Integration Specialist

As a Networking Technical Services Systems Integration Specialist at NTT DATA, your role will involve providing technical support to clients as a seasoned subject matter expert. You will be responsible for compiling technical specifications in a clear and concise manner, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of options leading to the final solution, and creating alternative solutions as backup planning. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Interacting with clients on-site and remotely to meet complex solution requirements - Escalating unresolved problems and issues to relevant third parties - Responding to escalated client requests - Writing reports, proposals, and maintaining project documentation - Assisting in documenting standard operating procedures related to installations and fixes - Acting as a coach and mentor to junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians - Coordinating the activities of junior Engineers in line with performance targets - Contributing to higher complexity design work with expected input to the design - Taking ownership of relevant technologies according to domain or specialization - Performing any other related tasks as required To thrive in this role, you will need to have: - Seasoned understanding and appreciation of technical design and business principles - Seasoned project fundamental and administration ability - Seasoned project skills demonstrated in the execution of installations and assignments - Excellent customer engagement skills - Relevant domain specialist knowledge - Excellent verbal communication skills - Client-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Ability to work under pressure - Ability to coach, mentor, and provide guidance to team members In terms of qualifications and certifications, you should have: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing related field - Professional level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNP, JNCIS, ACMP, etc. Required experience includes: - Seasoned work experience in technical implementation engineering, specific to Networking technologies - Engaging with clients and conducting presentations - Report writing experience - Project management - Experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers - Diagnosis and troubleshooting experience NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, committed to accelerating client success and positively impacting society through responsible innovation.
