Project Manager - Healthcare & Life Sciences SAP and M&A Integration

As a Project Manager - SGD Project at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in leading SAP-driven initiatives within Healthcare & Life Sciences, focusing on M&A integration. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end delivery of SAP projects/programs in the Healthcare & Life Sciences domain - Driving post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives such as IT system consolidation and SAP landscape harmonization - Managing large, distributed teams of 40+ members, including functional, technical, and consulting resources - Defining integration strategy for M&A activities, including data migration and consolidation into target SAP environments - Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies - Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, senior leadership, and clients - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare and life sciences during integrations - Overseeing SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or transformations - Coordinating cross-functional workstreams during M&A integrations - Monitoring project and integration performance to achieve KPIs and synergy targets - Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting To be successful in this role, you should have: - 10+ years of overall experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences industry - 5+ years of experience managing SAP projects with expertise in modules such as MM, SD, FICO - 5+ years of experience in M&A integration programs - Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and project management methodologies - Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong leadership capabilities Preferred qualifications include PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications, SAP certifications, and experience working with Integration Management Offices (IMO).
