Senior Network Security Analyst - Firewall Specialist

As a Firewall - Networking Senior Analyst at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, you will be responsible for engaging in the daily maintenance and operations of the Firewall, specifically Prisma. You will work with Network Security products from various vendors like Palo Alto and FortiGate. Your primary tasks will include designing, confirming, determining, and troubleshooting traffic flows, security implementations, and configurations. Additionally, you will provide daily maintenance and operations support for multiple customers' network security infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Work on Requests, Changes, Incidents, and Problem records to support customers' network security environment. - Implement Network Security solutions and provide operational support in a customer environment. - Support Palo Alto, Fortinet FWs, Cloud Proxy solutions (Netskope). - Provide technical escalation to L2 support engineers. - Write custom queries on Palo Alto to fetch reporting data. - Provide On-call support for high severity incidents in a 24x7 environment. - Ensure Service Level Agreements and operational standards are met. - Perform system maintenance, checkups, and maintain current documentation. - Propose service, process, and technical improvements to management. - Conduct rule set reviews to enhance overall security footprint for customers. - Detect security issues, create customer tickets, and manage problems until closure. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Prisma, Fortinet. - Strong ethics, integrity, and customer-facing communication skills. - Knowledge of ITIL best practices. - Experience with Firewalls (Palo Alto), F5, Prisma SASE, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and switching technologies. - Understanding of authentication protocols such as LDAP, IWA, SSO, Active Directory. - Mid-level certification in Network security from vendors like Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet. - Good time management skills. - Clear understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems. - 12+ years of network troubleshooting experience and at least 7 years in Network & Security administration. - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
