Digital Technology Analyst

As a Digital Technology Analyst at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttaranchal, India, you will be responsible for supporting and transforming the Salesforce ORG and Repository. You will deploy all code and config changes to different environments for build teams, break fixes, and enhancements. Additionally, you will manage two to three production releases every month and own and maintain version control repositories and CI/CD pipelines on Bitbucket and Azure DevOps. Your responsibilities will also include provisioning and governing user access to Bitbucket and Salesforce orgs, as well as creating sandboxes and ensuring 80% test class coverage prior to UAT, STG, and Prod deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Understand Salesforce Metadata objects and relationships - Deploy code and config changes to various environments - Manage production releases and version control repositories - Provision and govern user access to Bitbucket and Salesforce orgs - Create sandboxes and ensure test class coverage prior to deployment - Communicate release schedule and changes to stakeholders - Coordinate branching and merging strategies with development and QA teams - Drive release process improvement initiatives - Manage risks and resolve issues affecting schedule or release scope Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, VSCode, GIT Workbench, Ownbackup, Dataloader - Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools like Copado, Gearset, and omnistudio - Experience with Salesforce configurations including custom object fields, object relationships, Apex classes, workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, sharing rules, data security, approval processes, page layouts, record types, data import/export wizard, and Data Loader - Understanding of the Salesforce data model and data loading skills As an innovative and passionate individual at NTT DATA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of experts in more than 50 countries and contribute to long-term success by helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform their businesses.
