Fusion Sales, Fusion Incentive Compensation including Redwood UI

Should have experience on following products, as this is MANDATORY Fusion Sales (CX Sales) Fusion Incentive Compensation 5+ years exp on implementation of Fusion Sales , Service & Fusion Incentive Compensation 1. Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary. 2. Must have worked on 2-3 implementation & enhancements projects. 3. Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client to perform the User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements or custom solutions. 4. Ability to formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the inter-dependencies and inter-play between elements. 5. Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customization/extension/integrations on Oracle CX products. 6. hands-on experience in functional configurations and customization in the following areas - custom objects, Redwood UI customization, workflows, triggers email alerts, Data Migration, OTBI Analytics etc. 5 + Years General Skills 1. Strong functional knowledge 2. Good communication skills 3. Excellent Client handling skills 4. Ability to lead the design / solution Discussions. 5. Should have broad knowledge on multiple CX products .
