IT Operations Management Consultant

As an experienced ITOM Visibility & CMDB Consultant with 6-10 years of IT experience, you will join the ServiceNow team to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM Visibility solutions. Your responsibilities will include architecting and deploying ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping modules. You will collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to define requirements and ensure data quality in the CMDB. Additionally, you will plan and execute integrations with asset, monitoring, and cloud management tools. Your expertise will be crucial in advising on ITOM best practices and mentoring junior team members on ITOM, CMDB, and related modules. You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering presentations/demos for clients and documenting technical designs for ongoing CMDB maintenance and ITOM expansion.
