Java Full Stack Developer

As a Java Full Stack Developer at US Bank, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Angular. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Angular. - Developing RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. - Building responsive, reusable, and high-performance UI components using React.js. - Enhancing and maintaining existing Angular applications while participating in the migration of Angular components and applications to React. - Contributing to the design and development of new React-based frontend applications. - Integrating applications with databases and ensuring data consistency, reliability, and performance. - Collaborating in application modernization and cloud migration initiatives, transitioning applications from on-premise infrastructure to AWS cloud. - Deploying, monitoring, and maintaining applications in cloud environments. - Collaborating with product owners, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. - Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices. - Performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to security, performance, and quality standards. - Troubleshooting and resolving application issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 7 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer. - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, Kafka, Apache Camel, and Jolt. - Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Experience migrating frontend applications from Angular to React. - Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs. - Knowledge of application modernization and cloud migration strategies. - Working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and related cloud-native services. - Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.). - Familiarity with Git and version control best practices. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps fundamentals. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience leading or contributing to large-scale application modernization projects. - Hands-on experience migrating applications from on-premise environments to AWS cloud. - Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
