About the role
Role & responsibilities QE /Data Tester - Python (Knowledge on Databricks, Snowflake and ADF) Data validation, The Senior Data Quality Engineer will ensure high data quality and reliability through robust validation, advanced testing practices, and partial automation, contributing to faster and safer releases. "Key Responsibilities • Design and execute functional, regression, and integration tests • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and business rule checks • Conduct schema evolution and impact analysis to prevent downstream failures • Develop SQL-based validations and automated test cases • Support performance and stress testing to ensure system stability • Participate in defect triage, RCA, and quality improvements • Contribute to CI/CD integration and shift-left testing adoption • Monitor and improve data quality KPIs and dashboards Required Skills • 69 years of experience in QA with strong focus on data testing/ETL validation • Advanced SQL expertise for data validation and reconciliation • Experience with automation tools (Selenium, PyTest, etc.) • Strong knowledge of data models, schema validation, and pipelines • Experience working in Agile and CI/CD environments • Strong analytical and debugging skills Preferred candidate profile Interested candidates kindly share your updated resume to 344044@nttdata.com
