Your day at NTT DATAWe are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical authority for the ServiceNow platformtransforming business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing designs. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and business leaders to architect innovative solutions that maximize the value of the ServiceNow ecosystem. Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Design Lead end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, or other modules. Translate business needs into robust, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow designs.Develop high-level and detailed architecture documentation, including data models, integrations, and workflow diagrams.Platform Governance & Standards Define and enforce ServiceNow development standards, best practices, and governance models. Drive platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and ServiceNow product releases.Evaluate new ServiceNow features and advise on adoption strategy.Project Delivery Serve as the technical lead on major ServiceNow projects and enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Provide technical guidance to developers, analysts, and administrators.Integration & Automation Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and thirdparty systems (REST, SOAP, MID servers, etc.). Leverage ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and automation frameworks to streamline business operations.Stakeholder Collaboration Work with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Present solution options and architectural recommendations to leadership.Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role. Strong expertise across core ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, HRSD).Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, security model, data hierarchy, and integration frameworks.Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modulesServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)Experience with Agile delivery methodologiesBackground in ITIL, enterprise architecture, or cloud technologies Workplace type: Hybrid Working Equal Opportunity Employer NTT DATA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer with a global culture that embraces diversity.
