Total Experience- 2.Relevant Experience on MS Defender for Endpoint- CTC-ECTC-Notice Period- 6.Willing to work in US Shift- Are you willing to relocate to Noida/Bangalore- JD is given below In-depth knowledge and experience with implementing and installing the following technologies: Experience in Implementing and managing EDR Projects including Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of various EDR suites like Purview, Proof point, Netscope etcConfiguring tasks, policies, scheduled scans and adding scan exclusions based on clients requirement.Performing daily activities, monitoring and remediationExcellent oral and written communication skillsEvaluate/deconstruct malware through open-source and vendor provided toolsResolve client issues by taking the appropriate corrective action, or following the appropriate escalation proceduresUtilize ticketing system and standard operating procedures for effective call processing and escalation to adhere to client Service Level Agreement (SLA)Perform all tasks required per shift including reporting, monitoring, and turnover logsEvaluate the type and severity of security events by making use of packet analyses and in-depth understanding of exploits and vulnerabilitiesConfidently communicate technical information to NTT Data Services client base and internal technical team membersParticipate in knowledge sharing with other analysts and develop efficient customer solutionsMaintain a working knowledge of local security policies and execute general controls as assigned Role Requirements Eight to ten years experience with EDR Eight to ten years experience withSentinelone, Crowdstrike, MS Defender, Proofpoint EDR or net scope EDR Role Preferences Vendor Certifications from Netskope Data Loss Prevention (EDR),Sentinelone, Crowdstrike, MS Defender Other Vendor Certifications like proof point etc Typical Years of Experience 8-10 Years relevant work experience .
