Senior Associate Software Development Engineer

As a Senior Associate Software Development Engineer at NTT DATA, you will be a developing subject matter expert responsible for supporting the designing, developing, and testing of software systems, modules, or applications for software enhancements and new products. You will work in a micro-services environment with APIs, telemetry data, and running ML/AI algorithms on structured and unstructured data. Key Responsibilities: - Receive instructions to design and develop solutions that drive business growth - Contribute to writing and testing code - Support automated testing execution - Participate in software deployment as per stakeholder instructions - Collaborate with the product team to deliver software components - Integrate and build solutions through automation and coding - Craft, build, and debug large scale distributed systems - Write, update, and maintain technical program and end-user documentation - Refactor code and review code written by other developers - Perform any other related tasks as required Qualifications Required: - Developing understanding of cloud architecture and services in multiple public clouds - Subject matter expert in programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js - Developing expertise in data structures, algorithms, and software design - Experience in microservices-based software architecture and API product development - Knowledge of SQL and no-SQL data stores - Understanding of container run time - Proficiency with agile, lean practices and test-driven development - Ability to work well in a diverse team - Proficiency with CI/CD concepts and tools - Proficiency with cloud-based infrastructure and deployments Academic Qualifications and Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals preferred - Relevant agile certifications preferred Required Experience: - Moderate level experience working with geo-distributed teams - Moderate level experience with tools across full software delivery lifecycle - Moderate level experience in Agile and Lean methodologies - Familiarity with working with large data sets and applying ML/AI algorithms - Moderate level experience in developing microservices and RESTful APIs - Moderate level experience in software development About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
