Job Description: ETL QA Engineer Experience: 57 Years Location: Mumbai / Pune Employment Type: Full time Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days per Week from Office) Shift Timing: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ETL QA Engineer with a solid background in data validation, database testing, and Asset Management domain expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data across ETL processes, data warehouses, and financial applications. The role requires extensive hands-on experience in testing complex data transformations, reconciliation processes, and Asset Management systems within an Agile setting. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies for ETL processes, data migration projects, and data warehouse implementations. Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes across multiple databases and data warehouse platforms. Perform source-to-target data validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Develop and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity, referential integrity, business rules, and transformation logic. Conduct reconciliation testing and data quality assessments to identify discrepancies and ensure data reliability. Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test execution reports based on business and functional requirements. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and testing needs. Perform end-to-end testing of Asset Management applications, including portfolio management, trading, investment accounting, and regulatory reporting systems. Support testing for securities processing, position reconciliation, NAV calculations, and performance attribution workflows. Identify, log, track, and verify defects through resolution.
