Senior ImageRight Developer Position's General Duties and Tasks In these roles you will be responsible for: User Ticket Support: Handle and resolve user tickets related to ImageRight issues, ensuring timely closure and SLA compliance.System Support: Monitor performance, manage user access/security, and troubleshoot application problems.Troubleshooting: Diagnose root causes of system errors, workflow failures, and integration issues provide permanent fixes and preventive measures.Development: Design and configure new and existing workflows and build automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.Collaboration: Work with business, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver solutions aligned with requirements.Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
