Senior Lead Engineer

You will be responsible for providing advanced production support and development-level expertise for MuleSoft-based integration platforms in a banking environment. As a Senior Lead Engineer, your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as the L3 escalation point for complex MuleSoft production issues - Performing deep root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes - Troubleshooting issues related to Mule flows, DataWeave transformations, API performance, and scalability, as well as JVM, memory, and threading issues - Guiding and mentoring L1/L2 teams during critical incidents In addition to production support, you will also be involved in: - Performing code-level fixes and enhancements in MuleSoft applications - Designing and developing Mule 4 flows and subflows, DataWeave scripts, error handling, and retry mechanisms - Supporting enhancement requests, change requirements, and continuous improvements - Participating in design reviews and impact analysis Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing advanced support and enhancement for MuleSoft Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions, troubleshooting complex IDP issues, enhancing and tuning IDP workflows, and guiding L1/L2 teams on IDP-related incidents. Key Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - 48 years of IT experience with strong MuleSoft L3 support and development expertise - Deep hands-on experience with Mule 4 and DataWeave 2.x - Strong experience with MuleSoft Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) - Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns - Experience with performance tuning, log analysis, and troubleshooting production issues - Good understanding of Linux/Unix, networking, and JVM concepts As a part of your operational responsibilities, you will need to provide 24x7 production support from the Noida ODC, including rotational support on weekends and flexibility to work in shifts and provide on-call support as per operational needs.
