The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Workday integration technologies, enterprise architecture, middleware platforms, data transformation, security, and cloud integration best practices. This role will partner with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions that support global HR and digital transformation ResponsibilitiesIntegration Strategy & Solution DesignLead the architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end Workday integration solutions.Define integration frameworks, standards, governance, and best practices for enterprise deployments.Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.Design real-time, event-driven, batch, and API-based integrations between Workday and external systems.Workday Integration CertificationDevelop and maintain Workday integrations using: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, Workday Extend integrations, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) and Workday Messaging and Event FrameworkBuild complex inbound and outbound interfaces for employee, payroll, benefits, recruiting, talent, learning, and finance data exchanges.Develop reusable integration components and secure file transfers, API management, web services, and message-based hybrid cloud and multi-system integration landscapes.Security & ComplianceImplement Workday security best practices for integrations, APIs, and service accounts.Configure and maintain auth .
