Analyst, People Analytics

Role Overview: Join NTT DATA as an Analyst for the Data Science, AI, and Projects team within the People Analytics COE. Your role will involve applying AI, Generative AI, and emerging agentic capabilities to business problems in People Analytics. You will be responsible for delivering cross-functional projects, conducting hypothesis testing, and driving the adoption of advanced analytics solutions within the People Analytics function. Key Responsibilities: - Support delivery of cross-functional and cross-departmental projects within the People Analytics COE. - Identify and apply opportunities to use AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI in analytics workflows, business problem-solving, and stakeholder delivery. - Contribute to embedding AI-driven approaches into the People Analytics function, including automation, insight generation, and scalable analytical solutions. - Conduct hypothesis testing, exploratory analysis, and insight generation to solve business problems. - Execute bespoke analytics requests independently with strong ownership and quality. - Maintain strong quality standards in analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Qualification Required: - 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytics, people analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. - Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and Python. - Demonstrated interest in or exposure to AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or machine learning applications in analytics or business environments. - Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
