AI Application Engineer

You will be joining NTT DATA as an AI Application Engineer based in Bengaluru, Karntaka, India. As part of the team, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing AI/ML applications. Key Responsibilities: - Have 47 years of software engineering experience with a focus on production LLM application development - Expert-level proficiency in Python for AI/ML application development and async programming - Strong expertise in prompt engineering, including system prompts, few-shot prompting, and tuning instruction - Hands-on experience with multi-step LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex - Design and optimize RAG pipelines and retrieval systems - Implement AI safety and guardrails for customer-facing applications - Knowledge of automated AI evaluation frameworks such as RAGAS or TruLens - Profile and optimize latency in multi-step AI pipelines Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent work experience - Experience with adaptive learning systems or recommendation engines - Knowledge graph integration experience with RAG architectures - Experience with multi-agent orchestration patterns - ServiceNow API integration experience - Experience with streaming LLM response handling and real-time AI applications NTT DATA is a global business and technology services leader, committed to accelerating client success and positively impacting society through responsible innovation.
