Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at NTT DATA, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless system integration and alignment with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Producing necessary artifacts during requirement refinement, such as user stories, process flows, and system diagrams. - Ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Managing system integration requirements to facilitate smooth communication and data flow between systems. - Working on API design, defining endpoints, payloads, and integration specifications. - Performing data model mapping to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems. - Conducting API testing to validate functionality and ensure compliance with requirements. - Utilizing databases such as DB2 SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for data analysis and validation. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in system integration projects. - Strong understanding of API design, data model mapping, and system integration principles. - Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Bruno, Swagger) and Webservices (JSON). - Proficiency in databases, including DB2 SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation and artifacts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. - Knowledge of project management methodologies, with a preference for SCRUM. Desirable Skills: - Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities. - Knowledge of system architecture and high-level design principles. - Experience in creating test cases and supporting QA processes.
