Network Engineering Specialist Advisor

As a Network Engineering Specialist Advisor at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, you will be responsible for: - Having great experience in Routing & Switching & Wireless with expertise in vendors like Cisco - Ensuring all configurations comply with network standards and reviewing log files - Participating in the setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of enterprise-level network infrastructure components - Teaming up with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful projects - Owning and documenting escalated support tickets and service requests via ServiceNow - Having a strong knowledge of Viptela SDWAN and Wireless - Demonstrating effective communication, presentation, and leadership skills - Possessing a full understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking, protocol interoperability, and network architecture development - Having knowledge of Wireless, Nexus, SD-WAN, and Networking products from Cisco, Dell & Extreme Networks - Adhering to ITIL & Change Management processes - Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills and strong customer service skills - Working well within a team, adapting easily to change, and being flexible to travel - Rotating on-call, managing support queues, performing network system analysis and reporting - Willingness to work in a 24X7 environment Basic Required Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience managing LAN & WAN Infrastructures - 10+ years experience in Routing & Switching, Wireless - Vendor experience with SDWAN and Cisco Highly Preferred Skills: - Preferred knowledge of SDWAN and Wireless About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
