SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager

As a SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for overseeing project governance, risk mitigation, budget control, and stakeholder engagement. Your role will involve driving digital transformation initiatives, developing comprehensive project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and building trusted advisor relationships with senior leadership and clients. Additionally, you will proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, monitor project expenditure and resource allocation, and provide regular project status updates to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee project governance, risk mitigation, budget control, and stakeholder engagement. - Drive digital transformation initiatives including serialization, traceability, and data integrity. - Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for SAP implementation projects. - Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project milestones. - Act as a primary point of contact and build "trusted advisor" relationships with stakeholders. - Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. - Monitor project expenditure, resource allocation, and headcount to ensure projects stay within budget. - Provide clear, concise, and regular project status updates to project sponsors and key stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and implementation methodologies. - Facilitate workshops to document existing business processes and define future-state processes. - Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members. - Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to developing new business opportunities. Required Skills: - Strong skills in project planning, execution, budget management, risk management, and stakeholder communication. - Ability to mobilize, motivate, and lead diverse teams through influence and collaboration. - Drive stakeholder engagement and executive reporting with clear KPIs and dashboards. - Capacity to drive strategy through projects and ensure alignment with overarching business goals. - Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs. - Oversee budget, resource allocation, risk management, and change control processes. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 7 years of SAP project management experience. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and integration with other lab/manufacturing systems. - PMP, ITIL, SAP Activate certification preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
