Key Responsibilities: Functional Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM and apply functional knowledge to design and implement solutions. Participate in business process mapping and translating business requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations. Design Capabilities: Design solutions in Oracle Cloud HCM aligned with client needs and best practices. Develop custom solutions as required to meet specific client requirements. Configuration Skills: Perform configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Work on system integrations, workflows, and configurations for various HCM modules. Testing Proficiency: Test configurations and ensure that the system works according to the design. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during testing. Skills Required: Strong functional knowledge and experience in Oracle Cloud HCM . Proficiency in design, configuration, and testing of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. Strong understanding of HCM processes such as Payroll , Talent Management , Recruitment , Compensation , Learning , etc. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions.
