Network Management: Oversee the organization's computer networks, including LANs (Local Area Networks) and WANs (Wide Area Networks). Ensure network security, stability, and performance. Hardware and Software Support: Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with the setup and configuration of computer systems. System Administration: Manage servers, operating systems, and software applications. Ensure system reliability and data security. Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's data and systems. This includes firewalls, antivirus software, and regular security updates. Data Backup and Recovery: Develop and manage data backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard against data loss and system failures. User Access Control: Administer user accounts, permissions, and access levels to ensure that employees have the appropriate access to IT resources. IT Procurement: Assist in the procurement and maintenance of hardware, software licenses, and IT equipment. IT Policy and Compliance: Develop and enforce IT policies, guidelines, and compliance standards. Ensure that the organization adheres to relevant regulations and best practices. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and IT inventory to track hardware, software, licenses, and warranties.
