Business Analyst - Data Engineering & Analytics

As a Business Analyst at NVIDIA, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions through data analysis and insights. Role Overview: - Build, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks/Python. - Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to understand and support their data requirements for reporting and analytics. - Optimize and automate ETL processes to handle large-scale datasets. - Integrate data from multiple sources, manage data lakes and warehouses. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to data pipelines and data processing. - Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across the data lifecycle. - Demonstrate how BI/Data Science tools and techniques can provide actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar. - 2-3 years of experience in data engineering with at least 1 year of experience working with Databricks or a similar platform. - Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and database management. - Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and pipeline scripting. - Good understanding of API Request/Response Architecture. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data storage solutions. - Understanding of data governance, data security, and standard methodologies. - Knowledge and experience in statistical methods, data mining, and Machine Learning tools and techniques. - Excellent communication skills, ability to work remotely, and lead projects independently. - Flexibility to collaborate with team members across different time zones. - Self-starter with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
