Role Overview: As a Mass Production Manufacture Engineer (ME) at the company, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced multi-disciplinary group focused on engineering products from the early stages to mass production. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and qualifying solutions in a manufacturing environment, ensuring excellent standards of manufacturability, yield improvement, and advanced process controls. You will collaborate with various teams to maintain strong functional relationships and meet delivery schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Lead ME Mass production Adapters and Switches infrastructure capabilities at the India contract manufacture site - Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation - Ensure that CEM capacity and production capabilities are always in place to support Nvidia RBP requirements - Work closely with NVIDIA engineering teams, CEMs, and fixtures suppliers to enhance Infrastructure fixtures and test stations - Represent mass production ME Infrastructure requirements at the India CEM site Qualifications Required: - B.Sc. in Industrial and Management Engineering - 5+ years of practical experience in semiconductor production line company - Technical knowledge and production processes experience in an enterprise global company - Creativity, motivation, team player, fast learning skills, and independence - Advanced MS Office and Excel skills - Excellent English written and oral communication skills, with a strong motivation to provide responsive support as needed Additional Company Details: The company values individuals who are results-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
