Validation Engineer

Role Overview: As an NVIDIAN at NVIDIA, you will be responsible for verifying the ASIC design, architecture, and micro-architecture using advanced verification methodologies. Your role will involve understanding the design and implementation, defining the verification scope, developing the verification infrastructure, and verifying the correctness of the design. You will also be expected to come up with test plans, tests, and verification infrastructure for complex IPs/sub-systems, along with performance and deadlock verification of the GPU memory subsystem unit. Collaboration with architects, designers, and pre and post silicon verification teams will be essential in accomplishing your tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Verify the ASIC design, architecture, and micro-architecture - Define the verification scope and develop the verification infrastructure - Create test plans, tests, and verification infrastructure for complex IPs/sub-systems - Perform performance and deadlock verification of the GPU memory subsystem unit - Build reusable bus functional models, monitors, checkers, and scoreboards - Conduct functional coverage driven verification closure - Collaborate with various teams to accomplish verification tasks Qualifications Required: - B.Tech./ M.Tech. with 2+ years of relevant experience - Experience in verification of complex IPs/units and sub-systems - Proficiency in verification using random stimulus, functional coverage, and assertion-based verification methodologies - Expertise in Verilog - Knowledge in SystemVerilog or similar HVL - Familiarity with verification methodologies like UVM/VMM and exposure to industry standard verification tools for simulation and debug Additional Details: With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely recognized as one of the most desirable employers globally.
