About the job: Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced STIBO STEP Developer with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Stibo Systems STEP MDMPIM solutions within the Hospitality industry.Ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing and governing master data across hospitality ecosystems including:Hotel properties and locationsRooms and amenitiesFood and beverage catalogsService offeringsVendor and supplier dataDigital assets (images, menus, promotional content)Customer and loyalty-related product dataRequires strong technical STIBO skills and clear understanding of hospitality business processes. Key ResponsibilitiesSTIBO STEP DevelopmentDesign and implement STEP data models tailored for hospitality master dataConfigure object types such as:Hotel propertiesRoom categoriesService packagesF&B productsAmenitiesSeasonal promotionsDevelop and maintain:Business rules (JavaScript-based)Workflow processes for product/service approvalsData validation and quality rulesMatching and deduplication logicHospitality-Focused ResponsibilitiesEnable centralized product/service data for:Booking platformsProperty Management Systems (PMS)Revenue Management Systems (RMS)POS systemsWebsite and mobile appsSupport multi-property and multi-brand data hierarchiesManage localization (multi-language, multi-currency support)Support seasonal and promotional catalog updatesEnable syndication to OTAs (Online Travel Agencies)Maintain regulatory compliance data (food labeling, regional regulations)Integration and TechnicalDevelop inbound/outbound interfaces between STEP and:PMS (Opera, etc.)ERP systemsCRM and loyalty platformsE-commerce and booking enginesDigital Asset Management systemsWork with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, CSVBuild custom extensions using JavaOptimize performance for high-volume hospitality dataRequired Technical SkillsCore: STIBO Expertise5+ years hands-on experience with Stibo STEPStrong knowledge of:Data modeling hierarchiesClassificationsWorkflow configurationBusiness rule scriptingImport/Export managerEvent processorsExperience in:Data quality frameworksSurvivorship rulesReference data managementProgramming and IntegrationStrong in Java and JavaScriptExperience with REST and SOAP web servicesSQL, XML/JSON processingMiddleware exposure (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica preferred)InfrastructureExperience with Oracle / SQL ServerLinux/Unix environment knowledgeCI/CD and GitExperience with STEP SaaS/Cloud deployments preferredHospitality Domain ExperienceExperience working with:Hotel chains / hospitality groupsMulti-property enterprise data environmentsFood and Beverage product data managementUnderstanding of:Property Management Systems (PMS)Reservation and booking ecosystems Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: have minimum 7 years of experience are Computer Science Engineering students Salary: Competitive salary Experience: 7 year(s) Deadline: 2026-08-25 23:59:59
